CONTEXT NOTES:
- The choice of Monaco has no direct connection with the look / styling of the Celine 08 collection. This is just the location of the shoot
- As Dancing Kid, CELINE 08 is a “documentary” collection, a portrait of a generation
- Regardless of the current context, the young generation wants to assert new codes
- Always the Parisian but with a new energy – she listens to rap / hip hop music (i.e Princess Nokia)
- With this collection Hedi wants to show, through the youth, optimism, the hope on this uncertain time
- For the silhouette : sporty approach, a nonchalant allure hews to an athletic vocabulary
- Jeans including the new “ CELINE FOLD” are cropped, worn with crop tops in draped silk, sporty bras or athletic cashmere knits
- All models are wearing a new line of CELINE FLATS : white sneakers, black low boots, CELINE hiking boots
- For Bags : “Sulky” line of Matelassé bags, the classic “Ava”, the “TRIOMPHE” shoulder bags are worn under the arm / exception for the “CELINE LUNCH BOX”
